OLEA LOCAL EDIT · NOVALJA & PAG

More than a beach holiday — a few places worth leaving the pool for.

OLEA is designed to make staying in feel tempting, but Novalja and Pag reward a few well-chosen trips. Ancient engineering, old olive groves, otherworldly hiking landscapes, beaches and nightlife all sit within one island stay.

Slow island experiences

The Lun olive gardens are one of the island’s most distinctive landscapes, with thousands of wild olive trees and a protected botanical setting. In Novalja itself, the Roman aqueduct known locally as Talijanova buža brings a completely different layer of history into the centre of town.

Active days and high-energy nights

Around Metajna, the Life on Mars Trail crosses Pag’s stark coastal terrain and connects beaches such as Ručica, Beriknica, Slana and Seline. Zrće offers the opposite rhythm: water sports, beach venues, clubs and major summer events.

Use OLEA as your private base in Novalja — explore Pag when you feel like it, then return to a heated pool and quiet outdoor space of your own.
